Two People Killed, One Injured in Solo Vehicle Crash

A solo vehicle car crash on Saturday morning killed two and injured one. According to a report on KTVU.com, the car went off the road and struck a tree.
The accident happened at approximately 7:45 in the morning on the Blossom Hill off-ramp to Highway 101 in San Jose.
If the driver was negligent, the passenger(s) may have viable claims against the driver's insurance policy, perhaps even a
wrongful death claim.
