Pedestrian Killed by Hit and Run Driver

I have previously written about the pedestrians who were struck in San Francisco on December 20. Police are now reporting that one of the pedestrians has passed away. I am not sure there is ever a good time to be hit by a car, but the holiday season has got to be the worst time for somehting like this happen. The pedestrian's family will forever connect the holidays with the wrongful death of their relative.
