Oakland Driver Killed in Big Rig Truck Accident

The California Highway Patrol has identified a man killed in a colliison in with a big rig in Oakland. 47 year old Sean Douglas Alberts was killed after his truck became pinned under a truck in an
underride accident. It is not clear how the incident occured, but a CHP spokesman said that it appeared that one of the two vehicles made a sudde lane change.
The incident took place on Highway 880 in Oakland, near 10th Avenue at around 9:00 pm on August 26, 2014.
