Pedestrian Struck and Killed

A pedestrian was struck and killed yesterday in San Francisco at the intersection of Market and Beale Streets in San Francsico. According to reports, the pedestrian was in the crosswalk when he was struck and killed. There is some question as to who had the right of way. However, it is worth noting that both pedestrians and automobiles are responsible for paying attention to their surroundings.
This is the 18th pedestrian death in San Francisco this year.
